Grosse Pointe, Michigan; Founder of the Great Lakes Staging
Association, the regional chapter of the International
Association of Home Staging Professionals. Shelley is not
only an Accredited Staging Professional Master, she was the
Michigan and Ohio Regional Trainer for Stagehomes.com in
2005. Shelley
has worked on segments for the ABC News Program “20/20” on
Home Staging as well as the NBC Today Show Weekend Edition.
She also filmed a local cable TV show called “Affordable
Style” on Home Staging. |

Ralph Newkirk |

Ralph has served on Western Wayne Oakland County Board of
Realtors, the Board of Ethics and Grievance Committee, and
the Board’s Legal and Policy Committee. Ralph has been a
master of short sales for over 10 years. He continues to
work daily with sales agents, lenders, title companies,
insurance companies, and vendors working short sales to
successful closing with over 200 short sale transactions. He
adds humor and sensitivity to his classes. |

SRES, ePro and Dale Carnegie. Rick is founder and owner of The
Real Estate Education Professionals of Michigan, Inc. (REEP).
Rick is past director of Real Estate One Academy (REOA), and
Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REATLORS® (MCAR) in
Southeast Michigan. He has created over 15 real estate
related courses and classes approved by the State of
Michigan for CE credit, including an all-encompassing course
called Soaring Stars that provides the equivalent of 2-3
years experience in real estate. He also has over 20 years
of continuing residential real estate experience, with an
average referral and repeat business rate of 98% annually
from satisfied customers and clients. |

Mary Beauregard |

Mary earned her B.A. in
Secondary Education from the University of Detroit,
specializing in French and English. She has over 17 years
experience as a Cross-Cultural Trainer and Director working
with executives of companies such as General Motors, Ford
Motor, DaimlerChrysler, Yazaki, Visteon, Lear Corporation,
and Delphi Automotive. Her training focuses on identifying
personal levels of cultural adaptability, and helping people
build the necessary skills for dealing with cultural
adjustments and culture shock. She has experience in Europe,
Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. |

Brown |

Carol is the owner/operator of
the TC Training Center in Traverse City, Michigan. She has
14 years experience in the computer industry and is a
certified instructor for Microsoft and Apple. She teaches
all levels of Windows, Microsoft Office, and the Internet.
Companies she has worked with include Compaq Computers, AOL,
Best Data, Linksys and Federal Government Agencies including
the General Services Administration, U.S.G.S. and the
Veterans Administration. She is also a member of the
Traverse Area Association of Realtors and the Grand Traverse
Area Homebuilders Association. |
