Soaring Stars!

Soaring Stars is a practical hands-on course of education developed by The Real Estate Education Professionals of Michigan, Inc. for the purpose of helping sales associates quickly reach desired results and success in today’s real estate market. This course is designed for re-starting sales agents and a necessity for new sales agents. Students will gain two to three years of experience and will radiate with confidence and ability.

 

Soaring Stars can be purchased as a full course or in two parts as follows:

 

Soaring Stars (provides 12 hours of CE credit, 2 of which are Legal)

This power packed six day, 30 hour, real estate course is loaded with everything a new or re-start agent needs to know including agency relationships. Students soar with knowledge and manage risk through understanding of all disclosures, RESPA, Fair Housing, all purchase and listing contract forms, Do Not Call Laws and Rules, and all the various forms of business sources such as Open Houses, Farming, FSBOs, Expireds, Floor Calls, Sphere of Influence, Internet Marketing, and Business Goal Setting. Students can reach the stars through effective dialogue and skill-building examples including how to handle the 30 most common real estate objections. As a Soaring Star, you are encouraged into action in the field during the course and then share your experiences through managed group discussions. It all happens as a result of live effective role-play practice sessions during the course designed to close sales when presenting offers, and gain more listings through convincing listing presentations to sellers.

 

Soaring Stars – Stargate I (provides 6 hours of CE credit, 2 of which are Legal)

This three day course is packed with everything a new or re-start agent needs to know such as agency relationships with practice demonstrations. Students soar with knowledge and manage risk through understanding of all disclosures, RESPA, Fair housing, all purchase and listing contract forms, Do Not Call Laws and Rules, and understanding of all the various forms of business sources.

 

Soaring Stars – Stargate II (provides 6 hours of CE credit)

This three day course is packed with actual practice demonstrations working with all the various forms of business sources such as Open Houses, Farming, FSBO’s, Expireds, Floor Calls, Internet Marketing, and Sphere of Influence. Students are encouraged and coached as they perform field assignments and report their experiences through managed group discussions. Students also become effective negotiators based on knowledge of the 30 most common real estate objections, and flourish using an effective business plan. (Pre-requisite Stargate I)

 

Handout materials provided to all Soaring Star students include a Real Estate Reference Manual, a Contact Management System for managing clientele, and a ClerePerformance® Business Plan leading you to your desired income goals. You also get a professional looking leatherette portfolio for presentations to sellers showing your value of services.
