With over 20 years of active residential real estate sales
experience, Rick’s popularity is based on his treasure chest
of real life experiences, vast resources, and sense of
humor, making students feel comfortable and interested.
Rick is former Director of Educational Services for the
largest broker in Michigan in charge of Real Estate One
Academy (REOA); and Director of Education for the largest
association of REALTORS®, The Metropolitan Consolidated
Association of REALTORS® (MCAR). Rick is currently president
